Patongo ปาท่องโก๋
Patongo is the Thai version of the donut, a blob of lightly sweet dough deep fried until it is fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside.
Pantongo is made from a much lighter dough than a western donut and instead of an outside glaze, Thai donuts are eaten just plain or dipped into sweet custard like sauce.
