Pad Krapao is a miraculous dish- something simple yet perfectly balanced, a fine-tuned creation that must be made with every component aligned in harmony...and as it's the single most popular dish in Thailand, it's a test every chef must pass before earning a place in Bangkok's culinary scene.
In this video, we set out to uncover the origins of the dish, the genesis of the category that brought it to creation, and to find the very best versions on Bangkok's busy streets. It's a quest that brings us from humble lunch counters to Michelin restaurants, and from Mark Wiens' fiery lair to the great Chef Gaa's stall at Khlong Toei. MRT Wat Mongkon Station / Pleang Nam Road

There is also a shopping mall, I'm Chinatown.
This is a very convenient location and recommended for tourists.
Yaowarat Road
Yaowarat Road starting from China Gate is popular among tourists as a road with many food stalls.
There are many stores.

Sampheng Market
Sampheng Market is lined with stores selling fashion items, household goods, handicrafts, and other items.
It is a lively place every day.

Kaset Fair 2024 is a special annual event held in Kasetsart University full of food stalls and shops with plants, bubble teas, fried pork, and many more. We remember every time we went to this fair, we got ourselves a lot of yummy food that keep us going back every year.
If you enjoy exploring street food and browsing things in shops, you can visit this fair from 2 -11 February 2023, and you’ll be surprised by the large selections of food items, gifts, and plants sold all over the place.

So the mission in Bangkok, almost everyday was to explore and try the craziest food this city had to offer, and then I came across this lady'd restaurant famus for srving King Cobra, and I and my friend I met at this hostel, couldot resist ourselves from trying it!

Bangkok's $75 Signature Luxurious Buffet | Giant River Prawns, Lobsters, King Crab
The continuing adventure in Asia, brings me to Thailand and I got to explore all the great food from the humber Pad Thai to an amazing buffet, probably the best in Bangkok. I was joined my be good friend Red as we explored the eateries and food of Bangkok, including Thipsimai where the iconic Pad Thai originated and the luxurious Goji where Bangkok's best Brunch Buffet is served.
With a massive grilling station serving up giant river prawns, bountiful and sweet rock lobsters, and my favorite, the King Crab, this buffet does rival and surpass those of Las Vegas and even most Asian countries. Along with the fresh seafood, there were abundant tradition Thai dishes made to order as well as modern dishes including Duck Confit Benedict, char roasted meats and all the buffet stations you can imagine!
