Bangkok’s oldest soapy massage parlour Annie’s has fallen victim to rising rents and is no more after 46 years of doing business in the Rajah Hotel Complex.

The news of the closure came in an announcement made on Saturday by management via their website and social media channels that reads all staff and services have moved to their sister venue Chrome Bar on Sukhumvit Soi 7/1

Annie’s opened its doors way back in 1972 and grew to become one of the most popular and well-known soapies in the city among expats and tourists.
